- Your name

- Your daughter's name & age (daughter must be at least 11 years old) 

- Your mailing address to send the (2) admission tickets. Kids 12 and under may enter the Expo FREE so you may be able to give your other ticket to a friend depending on the age of your daughter entering with you. 

Rules & Regulations:

For the Mother-Daughter Look-A-Like contest, entries will be collected online until Friday, September 11 at 12:00 noon or until we reach 30 mother-daughter contestants. Enter by filling out the form below and submitting it to us. We will contact you for further details about the contest. The Contestants will have the opportunity to walk the runway in their matching attire, and judges will decide which Mother-Daughter pair look the most alike. You will receive two admission tickets to the event. The tickets are to be used as entry for the Mother-Daughter Look-A-Like competition. In order to participate in this competition, all contestants must report to the INFORMATION BOOTH between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm on September 27 in South Hall 2 at the Von Braun Center (700 Monroe St SW, Huntsville, AL 35801). The contest begins at 1:30 pm. Contestants must check-in together at the same time, show your ID and complete a required waiver (which must be signed by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of any child under 18 years of age). Failure to successfully check-in on time or complete required waiver will result in automatic disqualification from the competition. Contestants can enter online only once in the Mother-Daughter Look-A-Like contest. Each contestant must compete with their biological, step, or adoptive mother/daughter.
